Today I want to share a simple story that taught me a powerful lesson about clarity.
I was working on my newsletter and kept clicking the wrong button on my computer. Over and over again I missed it, and I couldn’t figure out why. It was frustrating because it should have been a simple thing to do, but I kept clicking a button that took me back a step. I was so confused!!
Then I realized something.
My water bottle was sitting in front of the screen, blocking my view of the correct button.
As soon as I moved it, I clicked the right button easily.
Such a small thing… but it made me stop and think.
How often in life are the answers right in front of us, but something is blocking our view?
Sometimes the obstacle is physical—like my water bottle.
But many times the obstacle is invisible.
It might be:
- Stress or emotional overwhelm
- Someone else’s energy affecting us
- Old beliefs or fears
- Unprocessed grief
- Feeling ungrounded or scattered
When these things build up, it can feel like we’re trying to see through fog.
That’s why grounding, shielding, and clearing emotional energy can be so helpful. When your spirit, mind, and body are aligned, clarity becomes much easier to access.
Often the solution isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about removing what’s blocking the view.
Here’s a simple exercise you can try today:
Take a deep breath and pause for a moment.
Ask yourself:
“What might be blocking my clarity right now?”
Imagine gently moving that obstacle aside—just like I moved my water bottle.
Sometimes the next step becomes clear the moment we create a little stillness.
You can do this.
Clarity often comes in quiet moments when we slow down and listen.
