🌟 Together: My Word of the Year for 2026

Every year, choosing a word becomes a spiritual anchor for me—a simple, powerful way to stay rooted in my purpose and move through the year with more peace. And this year, the word wasn’t something I searched for… it was something lovingly given to me.

I want to share the story with you, because it’s tender, sacred, and honestly still gives me chills.

✨ How “Together” Found Me

Some years my word pops right up. Other years I have to wrestle for it. But this year? It arrived gently and powerfully during a guided visualization—when I wasn’t even looking.

I’d been feeling overwhelmed by this beautiful new calling to serve nonspeakers and their families. It’s a work that has changed me deeply, but it also felt big… like “how on earth do I hold this much?”

And then during the guided meditation, they came.

A vivid image of thousands of nonspeaking children—radiant, wise, patient, loving—showed up in my mind’s eye.
They weren’t asking anything from me. They were offering something to me.

A message:
“Do it together with us.”

And the weight I had been carrying softened. I realized:

 I’m not doing this for them.
I’m doing this with them.

They co-create every session. I’m just the vessel. We do the work together.

Suddenly the word felt obvious: Together.

🌱 My 2026 Affirmation

After that experience, this affirmation settled in:

“I serve one at a time—with presence, love, power, and awe.
One at a time is enough.
And we do it together.”

These sessions take deep presence and time, but they also bring indescribable joy. It’s a partnership between the child, the parent, and me—each of us playing a part, each of us offering something sacred.

For years I’ve helped parents find their Word of the Year using intuition and muscle testing.
But after that visualization, I felt inspired to try something new:

Let the child choose their parent’s word.

I tested it with a few clients… and WOW. These amazing kids handed me their parents’ words and affirmations immediately—like little gifts waiting to be unwrapped.

It was fast, beautiful, and so aligned that I realized:

This is something special.
